FOUNDER

Jakub Kowalski

Jakub Kowalski is a Polish entrepreneur, investor and transaction originator based in Warsaw. He is the founder of IMMOBILIARE, a boutique private transactions and investment platform connecting international capital with proprietary and off-market opportunities across Poland and Central and Eastern Europe.

Jakub works directly with business owners, shareholders, investors and decision-makers, providing access to private companies, investment real estate and special situations that are often unavailable through conventional market channels. He also supports founders and shareholders in confidential company sales, succession processes and strategic investment transactions.

His approach combines direct access to owners, a practical understanding of their motivations and the ability to identify and structure transactions that do not always fit traditional M&A or real estate categories. He remains personally involved throughout the process — from origination and initial discussions to negotiation and execution.

Jakub's experience spans more than 25 completed transactions with an aggregate value exceeding €100 million. He has worked with entrepreneurs, private investors, companies and institutional counterparties across Europe and the United States.

Through IMMOBILIARE, his objective is to build long-term relationships with a select group of international investors seeking discreet access to compelling opportunities in Poland and the wider CEE region.
