FOUNDER
Jakub Kowalski
Jakub Kowalski is a Polish entrepreneur, investor and transaction originator based in Warsaw, and the founder of IMMOBILIARE.
He began his career at Deutsche Bank and Robert Bosch GmbH, before spending over a decade developing SKB Drive Tech SA, a Polish manufacturer of drive systems and iron castings serving the defence, rail, mining, agricultural and automotive industries. He took an active part in building the company into an industrial group with annual revenue of over €20 million, including a modern iron foundry, international acquisitions, export contracts and new ventures in the defence, rail and mining sectors.
He has also been involved in building More Than Accounting, an accounting and business services firm, and SuperService24, a supplier of industrial equipment and steel structures.
In parallel, Jakub originated, financed and executed transactions across a wide range of sectors: company sales and acquisitions, the founding and development of new companies, commercial development, investment land for international corporates, industrial real estate and debt financing. He co-founded and helped build Vision East Advisory, a Warsaw-based M&A advisory boutique.
Since 2005 his experience has spanned more than 25 completed transactions with an aggregate value exceeding €100 million, working with entrepreneurs, family owners, private investors, corporates and institutions across Europe and the United States. Through IMMOBILIARE he works directly with a select group of international investors and business owners, and remains personally involved in every transaction, from origination to closing.
